About the Team

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs and Experience team create a seamless and welcoming Roku experience from the very first candidate touchpoint through a new hire’s experience. As part of the People Shared Services team, the team delivers Talent Attraction, Talent Coordination, Onboarding, and Recruitment process improvement.

About the Role

Roku is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will act as an operational partner to the Talent Acquisition Teams to secure and welcome in the best and brightest talent. This role will coordinate communications, perform interview logistics, and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance-related tasks.

This role creates the optimal candidate experience across Roku, not just their requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and proactive communication skills to respond to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. They possess skills to proactively communicate, solve problems quickly, and bring trends to Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Onboarding.

For New York Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $31 - $33 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What You'll Be Doing

Establish strong working relationships and trust among their fellow Recruiting Coordination and People Experience teams, and Talent Acquisition
Thoughtfully prepare candidates, and if applicable ensure a positive and seamless onsite experience
Deploy NDAs, schedule and communicate interview details with Recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates across multiple time zones.
As needed, coordinate candidate travel, logistics, and reimbursement
Produce Offer paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely data for the onboarding process, and resolving any candidate or recruiter questions

We're Excited If You Have

1 to 3 years of staffing related experience
Strong understanding of administrative operations in staffing or human resources
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be highly proficient calendaring in Outlook
Must have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse, or Workday preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is an absolute must
Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and management in a professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
