Time Off
Employees are entitled (subject to terms and conditions) to the following leave with full pay unless otherwise stated:
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays (FTE)
- Sickness: 20 days plus additional 40 days with 75% pay (FTE)
- Maternity or Adoption: 20 weeks plus 19 weeks with statutory pay
- Paternity: 30 days
- Bereavement: 5 days
