Medical Insurance Discount 

  • Standard medical insurance provided by ONVZ at a discounted premium for Roku employees
  • 100% reimbursement for all general practitioners, hospitals and contracted health-care providers
  • Supplementary plan additions are available which include reimbursement for physiotherapy, alternative/non-conventional health care, dental health and orthodontic care.

Pension  

  • Defined contribution plan with age‑dependent employer contribution rates from 8%-31%
  • Pension base premium equals annual base salary minus offset
  • Option to select a flexible or fixed annuity upon retirement

Disability Insurance  

  • Insurance starts after holding period of 2 years of illness or disability with benefit dependent on disability percentage
  • WGA GAP adds benefit up to 70% of insured salary above social security ceiling after holding period 

Life Insurance  

  • Lifelong partner pension insured; value depends on salary and years of service
  • Optional ANW shortfall insurance for temporary partner pension
